The hotel is ideally located, being very near to the company I was visiting and close to the fabulous Little Venice canal and Hyde Park. The rooms are a bit outdated and need modernizing but are still comfortable. The service was excellent, with staff going out of their way to assist. The dining experience, especially breakfast, had room for improvement with a repetitive menu. The location in London is excellent, but intrusive background music affected the dining and bar areas. Facilities were good overall, but being asked to download an App for Wi-Fi was inconvenient.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were very clean and incredibly quiet; I almost thought I was the only one there. The reception staff spoke excellent English, and Room 908 had an amazing view of Paddington's rail tracks.
