Novotel London Paddington, London

The hotel is ideally located, being very near to the company I was visiting and close to the fabulous Little Venice canal and Hyde Park. The rooms are a bit outdated and need modernizing but are still comfortable. The service was excellent, with staff going out of their way to assist. The dining experience, especially breakfast, had room for improvement with a repetitive menu. The location in London is excellent, but intrusive background music affected the dining and bar areas. Facilities were good overall, but being asked to download an App for Wi-Fi was inconvenient.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were very clean and spacious, but the family room's pillows were uncomfortable. However, the room had good facilities like a fridge, safe, and a decent-sized TV.

The hotel was uncomfortably hot in the rooms and common areas, with maintenance issues like a cracked bath and dirty sealant. However, the service was attentive and thoughtful, although a bit hard to reach at times. The location was convenient for transport options and dining choices. The dining experience offered a good variety despite some chaotic service. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, but improvements are needed.

The hotel had spacious and lovely rooms with good shower and good storage. Having two fold-down single beds available for children was a great feature. However, the cold air conditioning not working and uncomfortable bed were a drawback. The pool was cold and there was loud, awful music playing in the restaurant, foyer, and mezzanine area.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was superb, right near Paddington Station, making it convenient for transportation, but the rooms were quite small for families and cleaning services were lacking. The service was exceptional, especially during busy times like breakfast. Dining offered a decent selection, but rooms layout felt a bit odd.
